Mission Statement

Our priority is to help our customers to resolve their mechanical problems. We do it by listening to our customers situations and meeting their needs according to their budget, but also providing quality work. We provide our customers with distinct quotes that fit their budget. To us all of our customers are valuable; therefore, we make sure that they leave satisfied every time. We want our customers to come back knowing that they payed a decent price and received quality work on their vehicle repairs all of the time.
My business began because I used to always have bad experiences with mechanics. For example, they would always tell me that they would repair the part, but when I would ask to see it, they had already thrown it away. They would also take long to fix my vehicle. Other times, I would take back my car under warranty and I would receive a lot of excuses to not repair it. They would end up charging me more for the repair. Due to this event, I decided to open up my own mechanical shop and help my customers with my honest work. I always make sure to show my customers the parts that I replace, so that I can earn their trust. I also show the customers pictures when their are huge repairs.
Our team is build of three mechanics that constantly dialogue to come to a mutual agreement regarding the process of a repair. We provide tire repair, oil changes, tune-ups, alignments, A/C service, amongst other repairs. Our company is different to others because we provide honest work for a decent price.
